Gigi Douban is a journalist reporting on education, environmental
and health and fitness issues here in the U.S. and abroad.
A former Birmingham News reporter, she now freelances full-time.
She has been published in a number of national and regional
magazines and newspapers. She also reports on public radio.
Gigi is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and the Association of Independents in Radio. An avid runner and hiker, Gigi is based in Birmingham, Ala.
